I’ve been doing CrossFit for almost a decade, and I love it! I’ve enjoyed watching our gym community grow and change over the years. My most favorite people are within these walls and they keep me motivated.
Some of my favorite movements are power cleans, push jerks, double-unders, and pull-ups.
I love CrossFit because the variation of movements and WODs. I’m never bored. I’m in better shape in my 40s than I was in my teens and 20s, I have CrossFit to thank for that! And of course, the people and the community are also why I love this.
