CrossFit workouts are designed to achieve whole body strength and train with practical movements that will help you in every aspect of your life. The CrossFit Livingston community aspires to live healthier lives and support individuals seeking to improve their overall health. We are here to encourage each other, train hard and have fun doing it. Every exercise can be scaled. We will meet you at your level. Every movement can be adjusted for injury and ability, so don't let that hold you back from joining us! We have have members aging from 17 to 70!

Types of classes
We have a few types of classes so that all our members' needs are being met.
On-Ramp classes are designed to help introduce you to CrossFit. We understand the movements and activity level can seem daunting for newcomers. We want you to feel confident, safe and ready before you join the mixed ability classes, so On-Ramp classes are smaller and only for beginners. During the 6-class course you will learn movements and have access to our awesome trainers for questions and supportive one-on-one attention. This is also a great time to talk to our trainers about how to modify movements for any injuries, disabilities or work on specific physical challenges.
Mixed Ability classes are our regularly scheduled classes. You will be sweating and pushing your personal goals with our community of athletes. Some have just finished On-Ramp and some have been coming for years. We all aim to challenge ourselves daily and check our egos at the door.
We recommend all CrossFit beginners to take On-Ramp Classes before they join the Mixed Ability classes.

Following my pregnancy and two subsequent surgeries, I was the weakest I had ever been and I knew I could be healthier and more fit. With encouragement from my husband and friends, while witnessing positive changes in those I had already seen participating in CrossFit, I joined to become stronger and to have the ability keep up with my husband and young son.
I am still at CrossFit because it met and continues to meet my original goals; it excites me as I used to get bored with exercise; it feeds my competitive side; and allows me to meet new people outside a work environment. Weight lifting has always interested me and now I can do it with excellent guidelines, knowing I have the coaches looking out for my safety.
Thanks to CrossFit, I have completed things I never thought possible, such as a spartan race!
