Here are the fun things happening at CrossFit Livingston this December!

December 9th : Hypoxia Competition

Thirteen of our athletes will be competing in the Hypoxia comp in Butte.

December 22nd : "Lift"mas Party

5:00 - WOD, 12 Bars of Christmas

6:00 - Potluck and White Elephant gift exchange

December 27-29 : Kids Camp

Let your kids work off some of that pent up energy with us! Registration will be on the CFL Facebook page soon.

10:30-11:30 AM. all three days, snack provided.

THE WHOLE MONTH : Adopt a Family

We are giving back this holiday season by adopting a family in need.

1 girl (elementary)

2 boys (one middle school, one high school)

More details will come soon on what the family needs

Please bring in something to make their holiday brighter!
