Sometimes it can be tough to get to the gym. Maybe you’re super busy at work and get home late. Maybe you are on a business trip or vacation. For most of my life I was a “cereal for breakfast” type person. And while I still love a nice bowl of Chex or granola, I made the switch to smoothie breakfasts almost 4 years ago and haven’t looked back. There were a few reasons I traded in my bowl and spoon. I wanted to cut down on the amount of grain carbs I was eating. I never stayed full for long and would end up eating more throughout the day. Avocado Lime Coleslaw Wraps

I first stumbled upon this recipe on a blog called I Love Vegan. Throughout the year I cycle through a few eating styles, one of them being a Plant Based diet. I’ll chat all about it with you if you’re curious, but that’s not why we’re here! This has become one of my go to meals and a fan favorite around the house. This meal gives a good balance of protein, carbs and healthy fats to that you feel full and are getting awesome nutrients at the same time. Growing Up Strong

Hi, my name is Quinci. I am 9 years old and I have been going to CrossFit with my parents for almost four years. It is so cool to see my parents train so hard and work so hard and be so happy. As a kid I look up to the CrossFitters because seeing them get better makes me want to do it more. Mentally it makes me want to be like them and physically I look up to them because they are taller than me. I have been inspired to stay healthy and fit too.
